I love the voices of the two leading ladies no matter what they do or what they sing, and I loved the idea of how the story of the wizard of oz came about ( theoretically)The prequel, if you will. It's a fabulous cd, exciting, dramatic, gentle, sensitive and my favourite just has to be defying gravity. Buy it. You wont be disappointed. Exactly as described. (03 August 2010)The CD is exactly as described and the music is just superb. The quality of the music is simply stunning and the songs will bring back memories of the show, which shares an extremely interesting take on the story of the wicked witch of the west. Sorry that this review is not more elaborate, but there isn't much to say other than fully recommending this CD to those looking for music true to the show. Definitely would recommend but if you want something special go for the 5th year anniversary edition  Apollo Victoria - Vocals for Wicked the Show (24 July 2010)I just went to see the show in London (Victoria) with Rachel Tucker and Louise Dearman. They should make a CD because when they sing, especially when Louise Dearman hits the top note, it sent goose bumps up my arms. However, when Rachel Tucker sings "wicked" the hair literally stood up at the back of my neck. It was the most amazing display of vocals I have EVER heard from anyone in 35 yrs. Please, please please, put on CD!
