| | Customer Reviews: Looking forward to the next one (12 August 2008)To me this set of eleven songs seems like This Is The Life - a deserving worldwide hit, with six million YouTube views at the time of writing - and ten charming variations. Collectively, they just about pull their weight, and occasionally get close to genius (e.g. 'Poison Prince', in my humble opinion). I very much hope we will see one or two more big ideas in the second album. which deaf knobheads have given this 1 star? (06 July 2008)The most talented artist that came out of 2007. Excellent - more please (26 June 2008)Many of these songs have an excellent use of rhythm, beat and bass to create very catchy pop rock, yet retaining the simplicity of singer/songwriter style folk music. My roots are in 70s/80 rock music and yet I really love this. Refreshing talent (23 June 2008)I bought this album not expecting much and was blown away. It is totally refreshing to hear such a young girl singing against the current celebrity culture. Have seen her live and she is a greta live performer as well:) Stand out tracks for me are Run, Let's Start A Band, LA and Poison Prince. You won't be disappointed.
