Back to Love (05 September 2010)Bought on impulse following an interview on the radio with Beth and listening to the track 'How we Love'. Was really moving and inspirational to hear her story and felt I wanted to hear more of her work. I wasn't disappointed when the CD arrived. Its a lovely collection of songs, though alittle sombre according to my kids who are now fed up of me playing it in the car!They wanted some more 'up-tempo' tracks to be included. Some excellent tracks which are up there with the best ones on 'Sand and Water'. new fan (13 May 2010)yet another artist i found on amazon that i had never heard of i thought sarah mc'clacklan was good but i,ve found beth more commercial, every track draws you in with relevant bitter sweet lyrics and sumtuous vocals every tracks a winner i plan to download the rest of her albums, i wonder how many others love singer song writers and have'nt a clue she exists a great shame. |
